A delicious lobster gratinee with a rich and creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
  3. Remove the meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Add lobster meat and half of the parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Transfer the mixture into the lobster shells.
  8. Top with breadcrumbs and remaining parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot.
