A delicious lobster gratinee with a rich and creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
- Remove the meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add lobster meat and half of the parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture into the lobster shells.
- Top with breadcrumbs and remaining parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can substitute lobster with crab or shrimp.
