Instructions

  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
  3. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  5. Melt the butter in a small pan and add garlic and lemon juice.
  6. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
