A simple recipe for boiling crab legs.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of crab legs
- 4 quarts of water
- 1/4 cup of salt
- 1 lemon, halved
- 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add salt.
- Bring the water to a rolling boil.
- Add lemon halves and Old Bay seasoning to the water.
- Carefully add the crab legs to the boiling water.
- Boil for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the crab legs and let them drain.
- Serve hot with melted butter.
Notes
- Ensure crab legs are thawed if previously frozen.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with additional lemon wedges.
