Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×9 inch baking pan.

  4. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture.
  6. Mix in the dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool, then cut the cake into squares.
  10. Spread strawberry jam on each square and top with whipped cream and strawberries.
