Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in the flour mixture.
- Melt butter in a baking dish.
- Add chicken to the dish and coat with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the marinade.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
