Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  6. Mix in sour cream and flour until smooth.
  7. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin tins.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  11. Top with fresh berries before serving.
