Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.

- Boil potatoes until tender and mash with butter and cream.
- Steam green beans until bright green.
- Prepare red wine sauce by simmering wine until reduced.
- Serve roast beef with mashed potatoes, green beans, and drizzle with red wine sauce.
- Finish the meal with slices of chocolate cake.
