Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onions, sauté until softened.
- Add shrimp, cook until pink.
- Stir in bell peppers, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well and serve hot.
