Ingredients

- 200g noodles
- 100g vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Drain noodles and add to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onion and serve hot.

- Use your favorite vegetables to customize the dish.
- For a protein boost, add tofu or chicken.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
