Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 100g vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  5. Drain noodles and add to the pan.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with green onion and serve hot.
