Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gradually add granulated sugar, continuing to beat until glossy.
  5. Mix in vinegar and cornstarch gently.
  6. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a circle.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  8. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  9. Once cooled, top the meringue with whipped cream and mixed berries.
