A simple and delicious no bake chocolate eclair icebox cake.
Ingredients

- 1 package graham crackers
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix milk and pudding until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Fold in whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer graham crackers in a baking dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Add a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any chocolate frosting you like.
- Let it chill overnight for best results.
- Cut into squares for serving.
