A simple and delicious no bake chocolate eclair icebox cake.


Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix milk and pudding until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  3. Fold in whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer graham crackers in a baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  6. Add another layer of graham crackers.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
  8. Add a final layer of graham crackers.
  9. Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
