A festive charcuterie board perfect for New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 pound assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda)
- 1 pound cured meats (salami, prosciutto, chorizo)
- 1 cup mixed olives
- 1 cup assorted nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)
- 1 cup dried fruits (apricots, figs)
- 1 cup fresh fruits (grapes, berries)
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 jar honey
- 1 jar mustard
Instructions
- Arrange cheeses on a large platter.
- Place cured meats in between the cheeses.
- Add olives, nuts, and dried fruits around the meats.
- Fill in gaps with fresh fruits.
- Arrange sliced baguette on the side.
- Serve honey and mustard in small bowls.
