Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and mix until combined.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. If desired, add coconut oil to melted chocolate for a smoother consistency.
  7. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle with decorations if using.
  9. Chill again until chocolate sets, about 15 minutes.
