Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies (approx. 15.25 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix until combined.
- Roll mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- If desired, add coconut oil to melted chocolate for a smoother consistency.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with decorations if using.
- Chill again until chocolate sets, about 15 minutes.
