Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in vanilla, cornstarch, and vinegar.
  5. Spoon the meringue onto a lined baking sheet, shaping it into a circle.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Once cooled, top the meringue with whipped cream and arrange fresh fruits on top.
