Ingredients

  • 1 cup PB2 powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix PB2 powder, peanut butter, honey, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
  6. Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • Can substitute maple syrup for honey.
  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
