A delicious and easy-to-make treat combining peanut butter and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup PB2 powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix PB2 powder, peanut butter, honey, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
- Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can substitute maple syrup for honey.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
