Description
A delicious and moist peanut butter poke cake filled with creamy peanut butter and topped with chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cake, filling the holes.
- Drizzle chocolate fudge sauce over the top of the cake.
- Spread whipped topping over the cake and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
- Can be served with ice cream for a treat.
