Description
Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are a delicious twist on the classic sandwich. They combine the flavors of a traditional Philly cheesesteak with a crispy egg roll wrapper.

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ribeye steak, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in provolone cheese until melted.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Brush edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can be made ahead and frozen before frying.
