Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sauté until soft.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  8. Stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted.
