Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1/2 cup of diced celery
- 1/2 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped pickles
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled potatoes, celery, onion, and pickles to the dressing.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
