Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, protein powder, and honey until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into mini cupcake liners, filling them halfway.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Freeze for at least 30 minutes until set.
  6. Remove from liners and enjoy.
