Ingredients

  • 1 cup jam (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Make a thumbprint in each ball and fill with jam.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool before serving.
