A simple recipe to make homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into cupcake liners.
- Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Use cupcake liners for easy removal.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
