- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce and pasta, if desired.

- These meatballs freeze well for future meals.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For a lighter option, substitute ground turkey for beef.
