Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, nuts, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
  6. Shape dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  10. Roll warm cookies in additional powdered sugar before serving.
