Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb mussels, cleaned
  • 1 lb clams, cleaned
  • 1 lb calamari, cleaned and sliced
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Seafood sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare all seafood by cleaning and peeling as necessary.
  2. Boil water in a large pot and add the mussels and clams. Cook until shells open, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and calamari to the pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove seafood from pot and drain well.
  5. Arrange seafood on a large platter with lemon slices and garnish with parsley.
  6. Serve with seafood sauce on the side.
