- 2 cans shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shoepeg corn, cream style corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Add half of the cheddar cheese and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crushed crackers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
