Instructions

- Add flour, milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix until combined.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
