A delicious twist on traditional quesadillas featuring juicy smashburger patties and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Form ground beef into small patties and season with taco seasoning.
- Cook patties until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese, patty, onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
