Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  7. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar with cinnamon. Sprinkle over the batter.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.
