Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
