Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and additional sugar.
- Form dough into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
