Delicious sourdough rolls perfect for Thanksgiving dinner.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sourdough starter, warm water, and sugar.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 4 hours.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
- Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the rolls with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use active sourdough starter for best results.
- Let rolls cool before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
