Description
A refreshing strawberry sorbet recipe made with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend strawberries in a food processor until smooth.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add lemon juice and strawberry puree to the syrup.
- Mix well and cool the mixture in the refrigerator.
- Pour the cooled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness of strawberries.
- For a smoother texture, blend the mixture again before freezing.
