Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let them cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- You can substitute walnuts with pecans if desired.
- These cookies can also be rolled in powdered sugar after baking for extra sweetness.
