Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- In a pan, cook ground beef with ginger and garlic.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- Place beef mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold and seal the buns.
- Steam for 15 minutes until fluffy.

- Ensure the dough is well-kneaded for better texture.
- You can add vegetables to the beef mixture if desired.
- Serve with dipping sauce for extra flavor.
