Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
