Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Stir in the cubed bread, raisins, and pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
