Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
