Ingredients

- 2 lbs of fresh fish fillets
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon the breadcrumb mixture over the fish fillets.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
- Pair with a salad for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
