  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
  6. Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  8. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
