- 1 fully cooked ham (10–12 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the ham.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
