Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and add the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- Feel free to add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
- You can mix in cooked bacon or vegetables for added flavor.
