A delicious and easy Thanksgiving side dish that pairs well with turkey.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine green beans and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil and add minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a vegan option, omit the Parmesan cheese.
- You can add nuts for extra crunch.
- This dish can be prepared a day in advance and reheated.
