- 2 cups salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
- Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn, and black beans to the skillet.
- Combine the pasta with the meat mixture in a large bowl.
- Stir in salsa and half the cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
