- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
