Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, nuts, and dried fruit.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan and let it cool.
- Once cool, cut into pieces and dip in chocolate.
- Let chocolate set before serving.
