A creamy and delicious cheesecake perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup raspberry sauce for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with raspberry sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother texture.
- For a chocolate version, add melted chocolate to the batter.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
