Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red food coloring
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and cool them in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash until smooth and mix in a few drops of red food coloring.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use more food coloring for a deeper shade of pink.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
- These can be made a day ahead.
