Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
  3. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until frothy.
  4. Gradually add granulated sugar while whipping until stiff peaks form.
  5. Add vanilla extract and food coloring, mix gently.
  6. Fold in the almond flour mixture until well combined.
  7. Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Let them rest for 30 minutes to form a skin.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  10. Let cool completely before filling with buttercream.
