Description

Delicious cake pops for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • 12 oz. chocolate melting wafers
  • Sprinkles or decorations

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and bake cake according to box instructions.
  2. Let the cake cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cake into a bowl.
  4. Add frosting and mix until combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Chill the balls for 1 hour.
  7. Melt chocolate wafers in a microwave.
  8. Dip the end of each stick into melted chocolate, then insert into cake balls.
  9. Dip each cake pop into chocolate and let excess drip off.
  10. Decorate with sprinkles.
  11. Let them set in a styrofoam block.
