Ingredients

  • 2 cups of asparagus
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
  7. In another pan, sauté asparagus and cherry tomatoes for 5 minutes.
  8. Deglaze the skillet with red wine and reduce for 3 minutes.
  9. Serve the steaks with vegetables and sauce.
  10. Garnish with fresh herbs.
